...the addition of this store, another on the way, and several more over on the Missouri side. I found this location of this store mighty curious, because there was little else around but open field. I asked the locals, and they explained that development in this area, properly the city of Overland Park, was expected to increase dramatically in the near future, with the addition of a shopping center across the way. I can almost hear that voice in Uncle Howard's head--"If you build it, they will come."
