Bay & Dundas (TEC)

Though not LEED-certified, this post-Purge store still uses recycled materials and adopts the new model of eschewing cookie-cutter designs. Though attfached to a mall, the store is worth visiting, and when you do be sure to pay attention to the furtinure and fixtures. And chances are you won't miss the wicked cool photograph on the wall, depicting the interior of a local building.
