This location is part of the Third Wave of Reserve Bars, and those stores eschew convenient electrical outlets (you can find some high along the wall, out of reach) as part of a conscious decision by the design team. Not a fan of that, BUT I do love the basketball theme, chosen because of the proximity to the Golden One Center.
