This drive-thru only store is quite puzzling, because it was opened in November 2023 with a lobby, BUT then within six months the lobby was closed for safety issues. This seems rather like a failure on the part of Starbucks, because they should have known the demographics of the area before they opened the store. Because of this, or perhaps that particular barista, I had a really uncomfortable interaction at the drive-thru lane.
