Back when I visited, I was amazed by how quickly Starbucks keeps up with the relentless (and ecologically devastating) expansion of the suburbs. Ah, well, I supposed you have to give all those who have escaped evils of city life a reason to avoid traveling back into the city. The store itself has an appealing feature, a counter at the end of the bar that seats at few people who feel compelled to tell the baristas about their lives and their problems.
